Voter Leadership
As the owner of Rico’s, I’ve successfully navigated once-in-a-lifetime challenges—including the COVID-19 pandemic and major downtown Pullman construction. Through each of these events, I led the business with resilience and strategic focus, emerging stronger and more profitable on the other side.
Vote Service
As a small business owner in downtown Pullman, I bring a hands-on understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our community. Every day, I listen to customers, collaborate with other local businesses, and adapt to changing economic conditions. This experience has given me practical insight into what our city needs to grow and thrive. I’m uniquely positioned to serve because I don’t just talk about Pullman’s future—I live it, invest in it, and work for it every day.
Vote Downtown
Having witnessed the gradual decline of downtown Pullman since the 1980s, I am deeply committed to rebranding and revitalizing our city’s historic main corridor—restoring the charm, vibrancy, and sense of community that make Pullman special.
I firmly believe that the long-term economic vitality of any city depends on the strength of its downtown. For Pullman to thrive, our downtown needs the active support of both local residents and city leaders.
My focus is on driving economic growth and long-term vitality in Pullman. I’m committed to creating a thriving community that works for everyone—supporting our farmers with smart policy, empowering local business leaders with sustainable opportunities, and ensuring families and parents have the resources they need to build a strong future here. Together, we can make Pullman a place where every generation can prosper.
